Upon the inception of the employee benefits / medical insurance, we will organise a staff briefing session. We will highlight to the employee what are the types of benefits that the company has provided to the employees and emphasising on the following areas;

- Claim procedure
- Personal polices summary to determine how the employer’s program will compliment their existing portfolio
Claim procedure
We work towards a hassle free claim process for both the HR department and the employee
- Claim will be collected on a weekly basis
- All claims are settled within 14 working days upon submission of all required documents via the employee salary account.
- All Claim documents are readily available for reference
- Monthly claim report for HR department to track the claims status
Claim Clinic
We organise on site claim clinic for the employees. During the session, any employee may enquire about their claim status and claim procedure.
We will also advice on how to maximise the employee medical benefits and claim dollar.
In the event when there is a claim that may involve the emplpyee 's personal insurance when the employee benefits has been exhausted, we will assist the employee to make the claim with thier personal insurance.
